Go to lucky101.online/register, fill in your full name, email address, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and choose a username and password. You will receive an SMS verification code to confirm your number. Once verified, your account is active immediately. The whole process takes under two minutes and is completely free.
No. Each person is permitted one Lucky 101 account only. Duplicate accounts are against our Terms and Conditions and may result in both accounts being suspended with any associated funds forfeited. If someone in your household also wants to play, they need to register their own separate account using their own personal details.
You do not need to upload any documents at registration. However, when making your first withdrawal — or if our compliance team selects your account for review — you may be asked to submit a copy of your Pakistani CNIC (front and back) or your passport. This is standard Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure and applies to all players. Verification usually completes within 24 hours.
You must be at least 18 years old. Lucky 101 is strictly an 18+ platform. We verify age at registration via your date of birth and may request additional proof at any time. Accounts confirmed to belong to players under 18 are immediately closed and any deposited balance is returned in full.
Log in to your Lucky 101 account, go to Account Settings, and open the Profile tab. You can update your email address, mobile number, and communication preferences from there. Changes to your name or date of birth require identity verification — contact support@lucky101.online with your CNIC for assistance.
Login & Security
On the login page, click the "Forgot password?" link. Enter the email address registered to your account and we will send a secure reset link within a few minutes. Click the link, choose a new password, and you are straight back in. If you no longer have access to that email, contact support@lucky101.online with your username and phone number for manual recovery.
Log in to your account, go to Account Settings, and click the Security tab. Toggle 2FA on and follow the on-screen instructions. Once active, every login from a new device will require a one-time code sent to your registered Pakistani mobile number via SMS. This adds a strong second layer of protection to your account, especially important given that your balance holds real PKR.
Accounts are temporarily locked after several consecutive failed login attempts as a security precaution. The lock lifts automatically after 15–30 minutes. You can also use the "Forgot password?" option to reset your credentials immediately and bypass the wait. If the lock is related to a responsible gaming restriction or a compliance review, email support@lucky101.online — our team will explain and assist.
Change your password immediately. Then go to Account Settings → Security → Active Sessions and terminate any sessions you do not recognise. Enable 2FA if you have not already. Finally, email support@lucky101.online with the subject "Suspicious Account Activity" and our security team will review your account and take protective action right away.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Lucky 101 accepts all major Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) with no currency conversion charges. Visit the Deposit and Withdrawal page for full details on each method.
The minimum deposit on Lucky 101 is Rs 500. This is deliberately low so that new players can get started without a large upfront commitment. Deposits are credited to your account in real time as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider — usually within seconds for Easypaisa and JazzCash.
Most withdrawals via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay are processed within 1–4 hours. IBFT bank transfers typically take 1–2 business days depending on your bank. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take up to 3–5 business days. If your withdrawal has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact support@lucky101.online with your transaction ID.
Lucky 101 does not charge any platform fees on deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply its own standard charges (for example, some banks charge a small IBFT fee), but Lucky 101 itself takes nothing from your transactions. What you deposit is what lands in your account, and what you request to withdraw is what you receive.
First, check whether the payment was successfully deducted from your mobile wallet or bank account. If the money left your account but has not appeared on Lucky 101 after 30 minutes, email support@lucky101.online with your transaction reference number, payment method, amount in PKR, and date and time of the transaction. Our payments team will trace and resolve it promptly.
Bonuses & Promotions
The welcome bonus is available exclusively to new Lucky 101 accounts. After you register and make your first deposit, the bonus is credited to your account automatically — there is nothing extra to claim or activate. A wagering requirement (also called a playthrough requirement) means you need to place bets totalling a certain multiple of the bonus amount before that bonus can be withdrawn as cash. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you need to place at least Rs 10,000 worth of bets using bonus funds before you can withdraw. Your current wagering progress is always visible in your account dashboard.
Every Lucky 101 account comes with a personal referral link, available in your account dashboard. Share it with friends. Each time one of them registers using your link and makes a qualifying deposit, a cash reward is credited to your account. There is no limit on how many friends you can refer. Check that the code is entered exactly as provided — promo codes are case-sensitive. Also confirm that the code has not expired and that you meet any eligibility conditions (some codes are for new accounts only, others for specific games). Lucky 101 displays odds in decimal format by default, which is the most straightforward format to understand. Multiply your stake (in PKR) by the decimal odds to calculate your total return including your original stake. Yes, Lucky 101 offers a Cash Out feature on selected markets. When Cash Out is available for one of your active bets, you will see a Cash Out button next to that bet in your account dashboard. The cash-out value fluctuates in real time based on current match conditions and odds. Accepting a cash out settles your bet immediately for the displayed amount, regardless of the final result.
If a match is officially postponed or cancelled and does not resume within 24 hours (or within the timeframe specified in our rules), all bets on that event are voided and stakes are returned to your Lucky 101 account in full. If a match is abandoned mid-play, settlement rules depend on how much of the match was played — details are in our Terms and Conditions.
Aviator Game
Aviator is a crash game where a plane takes off and a multiplier climbs from 1x upward. You place a bet before the round starts, and you must click "Cash Out" before the plane flies away. If you cash out in time, your bet is multiplied by the current multiplier. If the plane flies away before you cash out, you lose your stake. Yes. Aviator uses a provably fair system based on a cryptographic random number generator. The outcome of each round is determined before the round begins and cannot be influenced by Lucky 101 or any player. The provably fair mechanism allows any player to independently verify the fairness of any completed round using the seed data displayed after each game.
Yes, Aviator supports dual betting — you can place two separate bets in the same round, each with its own cash-out timing. This lets you adopt a strategy where one bet is cashed out early for a safe, smaller win while the other rides for a higher multiplier. Email support@lucky101.online with the subject "Account Closure Request." Include your username and confirm that you want a permanent closure. Before closing, we will process any outstanding balance withdrawal to your registered payment method. Please allow 1–3 business days for the closure to be fully completed. Note that permanent closure is different from self-exclusion — a closed account cannot be reopened.
If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, email support@lucky101.online within 30 days of settlement. Include your bet ID, the event in question, and a clear explanation of why you believe the settlement is incorrect. Our team will review the bet against official data sources and respond with a full explanation. If an error is confirmed, it will be corrected and your account credited accordingly.
